I wanted to create a site that is useful for buyers and sellers and for people who want to learn more about the Portland area.

It is few months now that RMLS has a feature to search Eco Friendly homes. Although Eco Friendly homes are still the minority of property on the market, many builders and many clients are looking for a way to contribute to the environment and to save some money on utilities by buying or remodeling their home with eco friendly standards. For this reason a large part of my website is dedicated to this topic.
