Prospecting in our field is a match between the houses listed in RMLS (the multiple listing service) and the type of house my buyer is looking for. It is an exploratory process where you are informed of all the houses in the area you are looking for that match your criteria. You will see up to 16 pictures, taxes information, the price, and all the features regarding those houses.
